Two Threads Return & Exchange Policy

At Two Threads, we want you to love your order! Since every item is made just for you, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or design preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered! Please follow the steps below:

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives with a printing or embroidery issue, or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@two-threads.com

  • Include a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue

  • We’ll send a replacement or offer store credit at no additional cost to you

🔁 Exchanges:

Because each product is made to order, we cannot offer size or style exchanges at this time. Please double-check our size guide before placing your order.

💡 Custom Orders:

All custom or personalized items are final sale, unless there's a production error.
